Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Available shipping options at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipment notification.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at [tanner@solyceflyfishing.com]. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Solyce Fly Fishing is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we'll do our best to make the correction before it ships.
